2. The Service collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:

a. Through information voluntarily entered in forms.

c. Through the collection of web server logs by the hosting operator operating at www.shubawear.com.

II. Information in forms

1. The Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user.

2. The Service may also record information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).

III. Information about cookies

1. The Service uses cookies.

2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, stored on the end-user device of the Service User and intended for use on the Service's websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the length of time they are stored on the end-user device, and a unique number.

3. The entity placing cookies on the end-user device of the Service User and accessing them is the Service operator.

4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:

a. creating statistics that help understand how Service Users use the websites, enabling their structure and content to be improved;

b. maintaining the Service User's session (after logging in), so that the User does not have to re-enter their login and password on every subpage of the Service;

IV. Server logs

1. Information about certain user behavior is logged at the server layer. This data is used exclusively to administer the Service and to ensure the most efficient provision of hosting services.

2. The resources viewed are identified by URL addresses. In addition, the following may be recorded:

a. the time the request was received,

b. the time the response was sent,

c. the client station name – identification is performed using the HTTP protocol,

d. information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,e. the URL of the page previously visited by the user – if the Service was accessed via a link,

f. information about the user's browser,

g. Information about the IP address.

3. The above data is not associated with specific individuals browsing the websites.

4. The above data is used solely for server administration purposes.

V. Disclosure of Data

1. Data may be disclosed to external entities only within the limits permitted by law.

2. Data enabling the identification of a natural person is disclosed only with that person's consent.

3. The Operator may be required to provide information collected by the Website to authorized authorities on the basis of lawful requests, to the extent specified in the request.
